All individual membership applications, men, women and youth, are to be submitted to the Metro Phoenix USBC office.

2009-10 DUES:

    Standard Membership:     $18.00

    Local only (in state transfers):    $7.00

    Local and State ( out of state transfers):  $8.00

    Sport:   $33.00 (includes Standard Membership)

    Sport Upgrade:  $15.00

    Youth Standard:  $17.00

    Youth Basic:  $5.00 (available only to those leagues with 12 sessions or less)
